Fall is a great time to "think outside the box" and try something different with your fitness routine. New classes and fitness programs usually get started in the fall. Take advantage of some of the new programs that gyms and community Centers are offering after nice long summer. Try to master jump roping, take a fitness boxing class, Yoga, or Tai Chi. Fall is the perfect time to learn new physical skills.

Get outside!

Take advantage of the cooler temperatures by taking your workout outside. For a challenging total body workout, try an outdoor Boot camp class. Take a scenic hike to view the fall colors. Not only will you get a cardiovascular workout and, burn calories, you can enjoy some of the beautiful scenery that nature has to offer. When hiking, you'll be walking uphill for parts of the path, so your glutes, quads and hamstrings will get a great workout! Extended bike rides can be very pleasant during the fall months with the summer heat behind us. Many communities have bike paths that are perfect for cycling. For more advanced exercise, take a mountain bike to your local trail system and explore the outdoors on two wheels.

Outdoor Fitness

Ride your bike to work when the weather allows. Remember to dress appropriately for cooler weather, including layers if necessary. Since days are shorter in fall, be sure to wear reflective clothing and add lights to your bike if you'll be exercising in the dark. Remember, you need to stay hydrated, so drink plenty of water even in cooler weather.

Fall Resolution

Forget a new year's resolution... make a fall resolution! The winter months can be a tough time to stay motivated with a fitness routine, let alone start something new. Most people are more likely to stay with a routine that they've already started. Why not stay ahead of the game by making a fall resolution to stay fit and try something new.

Thought you might like a little feedback from a customer. I received the 2 cartons as promised on Friday. Everything was intact. The directions are good. I could tell right away that the thing was solid. Now that it is up I am surprised of the quality. Although I am a beginner, It is obvious, I won't need to upgrade to a better unit as I advance. It looks good too. I won't be hesitant to recommend you to anyone. Thanks.
