The Body Opponent Bag, BOB, is a lifelike mannequin that makes a great sparring partner for practicing techniques and target training. BOB's skin is made of high strength plastisol and filled with urethane foam.
There are two height adjustments: 60 inch and 78 inch. Base weighs approximately 270 pounds when filled with water or sand. Free Standing 65 inch or 74 inch tall 18 inch diameter 270 lb when filled no tools required.
