Balazs® Heavy Bag Recessed Ceiling Mount for punching bags is a durable and secure heavy bag mount for any room with an unfinished ceiling or exposed joists.

It includes the Balazs® patented H2S™, Heavy Hanging System™. In the H2S™ Balazs Boxing has engineered an improvement to the traditional spring and swivel. Incorporated into its short 5 3/4 inch length is a durable high-quality spring and needle bearing swivel. This combination minimizes the noise, jarring and vibration to your home and heavy bag normally caused when working out on your punching bag. The patented design decreases excessive bouncing that can cause damaging stress to both the bag and the hardware. This unit has the H2S™ mechanism above instead of below the mounting flange, raising the height of your bag another 4 inch over the standard H2S™ Ceiling Mount. Exposed beams can be up to 24 inch apart.

Balazs® Heavy Bag Recessed Ceiling Mount is available in 2 variants - the Regular Spring can hold a bag up to 150 pounds, while the Heavy Duty Spring version is made for bags up to 300 pounds.
