Swing-away wall mount
The commercial pick. Bolts to studs at 16 inches on center, holds the top of the bag rig, and swings flat to the wall between sessions.

What else do I need to hang a double-end bag?
A top anchor (wall mount or ceiling point), a floor anchor (floor ring), and the bag itself with its rope and shock cord. Our Pro-Leather Double-End Striking Bag ships with rope, shock cord, and snap hooks.
Is the wall mount strong enough for hard punchers?
It is commercial-grade steel built for gym duty, and it ships with hardware for standard 16-inch on-center studs. Made in the USA in our own shop.
Will a floor ring trip people?
The flush mount ring folds completely flat when not in use, and the recessed ring sits below floor level. Both are designed specifically for high-traffic areas.
Can I use a ceiling mount instead of the wall mount?
Yes — any solid overhead anchor point works for the top of the rig. The swing-away wall mount just makes storage easier in shared spaces.
