What do I need to set one up?
A top anchor and a floor anchor. Our swing-away double-end wall mount handles the top; a flush or recessed floor ring handles the bottom. The bag ships with rope, shock cord, and snap hooks.
Is 9 inches the right size for a beginner?
Yes. The 9-inch bag is the classic all-level size — big enough to hit consistently while learning, lively enough to stay challenging for years.
How tight should the cords be?
Tighter cords make the bag faster and more erratic; looser cords slow it down. Start moderate and tension up as your timing improves.
Floor and ceiling brackets included?
No — anchor hardware is sold separately so you can match it to your floor and structure. See our double-end bag mounts.
