Section 889 representation
Balazs, Inc. has completed the representation required by FAR 52.204-26, Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services, in its SAM.gov registration. Both representations are negative: the company neither provides nor uses covered telecommunications or video surveillance equipment as defined in FAR 52.204-25.
Our equipment is fabricated steel. It contains no electronic, networked, or telecommunications components of any kind.

All Balazs mounting equipment is made in the USA — track systems, A-frames, wall and ceiling mounts, speed bag platforms and drums, and the structural steel that carries them.
Bags, gloves, and other soft goods are not manufactured in the United States. We source those from overseas manufacturers and do not represent them as domestic end products.
Because the split runs along those lines, Buy American status depends on which items you are specifying. Send us the line items and we will confirm the country of origin for each one in writing before award.
