Do I need a suspension spring?
If your bag is 150 lb or under and you train in a space where noise or vibration matters — home, apartment building, shared commercial space — yes. It also extends the life of your bag, chains, and mount.
My bag keeps twisting. What fixes it?
A swivel. It lets the bag rotate freely at the hanging point instead of winding the chains, and our chain-and-swivel assembly replaces the whole stack in one purchase.
Do Balazs bags need special hardware?
No — every Balazs heavy bag ships with a chain assembly, twist-free swivel, and snap hooks. These accessories are for replacements, upgrades, and custom setups.
What is a shock cord for?
It anchors the bottom of a double-end bag, or converts a compatible heavy bag into a moving target that snaps back after every shot.
