Questions, Answered
How does it mount to the wall?
All the hardware for 16" on-center wood-stud walls is included in the box. Mounting to concrete or brick? Just grab masonry shields at your local hardware store.
Does it adjust for height?
Yes. The i-Box adjusts continuously through more than 12 inches of vertical travel. Four ergonomic star knobs at the front of the rails lock it tight — no tools needed.
What size speed bag does it fit?
The 24-inch clear-coated wood drum works with any size speed bag. (Speed bag sold separately.)
Is a swivel included?
Yes. Every i-Box ships with our Pro-Level 3 swivel — chrome-plated, full ball-bearing construction with a pull-pin design for fast, non-directional bag changes.
