Balazs® Retractable Heavy Bag Wall Mount for punching bags is a durable and secure heavy bag mount attachable to any wall. It's a powder coated heavy-gauge steel construction, that is scratch resistant and durable.

It includes the Balazs® patented H2S™, Heavy Hanging System™. In the H2S™Balazs Boxing has engineered an improvement to the traditional spring and swivel. Incorporated into its short 5 3/4 inch length is a durable high-quality spring and needle bearing swivel. This combination minimizes the noise, jarring and vibration to your home and heavy bag normally caused when working out on your punching bag. The patented design decreases excessive bouncing that can cause damaging stress to both the bag and the hardware.

Balazs® Heavy Bag Wall Mount is an excellent space saver and an ideal solution for multipurpose rooms. When not in use, rotate the bag to the stored position against the wall.
