One system for new installations

Ultra-Trak II is the current Balazs ceiling-track system. A person manually glides each bag along the track, then locks its trolley wherever the class layout needs it.

    Move each bag as needed

    Release a trolley with its pull cord, glide the bag to position, and lock it independently along the track.

Trolley detail

The brake and suspension do different jobs

The pull cord releases and engages the trolley brake. The H2S suspension below it helps isolate the movement of the bag.

A person moves the bag manually along the track before engaging the brake. The same H2S mount is used on both Ultra-Trak systems to reduce vibration transferred through the hanging assembly. Technical information is supplied directly for qualified projects.

These photographs document earlier installations for identification and service discussions. The wall switch belongs to the original pneumatic Ultra-Trak, not the current pull-cord Ultra-Trak II. Hardware and floor attachments vary by project.

Planning an Ultra-Trak II system

How much does an Ultra-Trak II system cost?

Every system is designed for its room, track length, bag count, storage route, and overhead structure. Send the facility details and Balazs will prepare the layout and quote.

What information is needed to begin?

Room dimensions, ceiling photos or drawings, the number and type of bags, and the preferred training and storage positions are the useful starting points.

Does Ultra-Trak II require electricity or a compressor?

No. The current Ultra-Trak II system uses an individual pull-cord brake on each trolley and requires neither electrical power nor a pneumatic compressor.

How are bags moved on Ultra-Trak systems?

In both Ultra-Trak models, a person manually moves each bag along the track. The Ultra-Trak II pull cord and the original Ultra-Trak pneumatic switch control the trolley brakes; neither moves the bags for you.

Can Balazs support an original pneumatic Ultra-Trak?

Yes. Existing original Ultra-Trak installations remain supported for parts and service. Use the legacy-system link above so the request is identified correctly.
