The Balazs® A-Frame Standard holds three heavy bags in the center span. It can also accommodate up to two specialty bags, one at each end, such as double-end striking bags or uppercut bags. The three heavy bag stations are separated by 5 feet, allowing athletes to work completely around each bag. The frame accommodates heavy bags up to 300 pounds, including Muay Thai-style kickboxing bags. Satin black is standard; custom powder-coat colors are available and add eight weeks to the lead time.

It includes the Balazs® patented H2S™, Heavy Hanging System™. In the H2S™ Balazs Boxing has engineered an improvement to the traditional spring and swivel. Incorporated into its short 5 3/4 inch length is a durable high-quality spring and needle bearing swivel. This combination minimizes the noise, jarring and vibration to your home and heavy bag normally caused when working out on your punching bag. The patented design decreases excessive bouncing that can cause damaging stress to both the bag and the hardware.
