Balazs® A-Frames are made of a heavy gauge steel frame construction and a superior heavy duty powder coat finish for a clean and stylish look. Custom colors available. Balazs® A-Frame is perfect for class, personal training and individual use. It can be the centerpiece of your boxing studio and offers space for up to six heavy bags. The heavy bags are separated by an ample 5 feet, allowing you to work completely around the bag. The frame will accommodate heavy bags as heavy as 300 pounds, as well as Muay Thai style kickboxing bags.

It includes the Balazs® patented H2S™, Heavy Hanging System™. In the H2S™ Balazs Boxing has engineered an improvement to the traditional spring and swivel. Incorporated into its short 5 3/4 inch length is a durable high-quality spring and needle bearing swivel. This combination minimizes the noise, jarring and vibration to your home and heavy bag normally caused when working out on your punching bag. The patented design decreases excessive bouncing that can cause damaging stress to both the bag and the hardware.
