The glossy powder-coat finish adds style while providing scratch resistance and durability. The clear-coated 1-1/4 inch thick manufactured wood drum is 24 inches in diameter, allowing any size speed bag to be used.

This boxing speed bag platform continuously adjusts more than 12 inches vertically to accommodate various speed bag sizes and everyone in your family. The easy-to-grip ergonomic star knobs lock tight against the rails for a secure hold. Their position at the front of the rails makes it very easy to adjust the height. For extra safety and sturdiness, the height adjustment is secured with four star knobs.

The Balazs I-Box Speed Bag Platform includes a quiet and easy-to-use Pro-Level 3 Swivel, a chrome-plated full ball bearing construction with a four-hole mount.
