The i-Box Speed Bag Platform adjusts continuously more than 12 inch vertically to accommodate various speed bag sizes and everyone in your family. The easy to grip ergonomic star knobs lock tight against the rails for a secure hold. Their position at the front of the rails make it very easy to adjust the height. For extra safety and sturdiness the height adjustment is secured with 4 star knobs.

The Balazs® i-Box Speed Bag Platform includes a quiet and easy to use Pro-Level 3 Swivel, which is a chrome plated full ball bearing construction with a four hole mount.
